You won't see any shopping carts.  We figure buying a kayak is a complicated enough experience, that you should talk to a real live person, to be sure you get the kayak you had in mind.

We do not have the kayaks set up for online purchasing as the factory might be out of the color you want, and also one particular model may be temporarily out of stock because several dealers have placed orders for that model. Just call us to place your order, and we will check and be sure the model and color you want is in stock. If the boat you want isn't on hand we will let you know.

Kayak Shipping Information
Kayaks ship by motor freight on 18 wheelers. They are too big to ship UPS or FedEx. Delivery time is usually within 7 to 14 days. Shipping charges have to be calculated on a case by case basis, and will be added to the price you pay for your hayak.

Our prices do not include shipping charges as shipping has to be figured on a case by case basis. Florida residents will be subject to 7 percent state sales tax. Miami area customers can pick up their kayaks at the Distributors warehouse at the prices listed, plus 7% state tax.

Warranty Information

Ocean kayaks are warranteed for 3 years for the original consumer purchaser. Boats used for livery, rentals, and demonstrations are warranteed for 30 days, and 90 days. Ocean Kayak Malibu Two XL Angler, only $1029.00

This boat is the angler version of the extremely popular Malibu Two XL. It comes with side mounted carry handles, two comfort plus seats, two paddle clips, a center hatch with the cross lock feature, 4 flush mounted rod holders and two deck mounted rod holders, a small tackle box, angler graphics, and deck cargo netting. You also get quick draining scupper holes, molded seat and foot wells, and toggle carry handles. This boat is only available in Yellow.

The Malibu Two XL has been an extremely popular boat due to it's good speed, manouverability, and rock solid stability. This angler version opens up all kinds of possibilities for the serious angler. The Zest Two has been brought back in an updated, more functunal boat.  It is available with two optional oval hatches, which are sure to please the river adventurers, and other folks who need to carry a bit of gear.  The boat above does not have hatches installed, but they go where the oval mold features are.  As a special offer this boat is available with two seats, as shown above, at no extra cost.  You will also notice the bungee deck rigging that makes securing gear a snap.  Check out the side mounted carry handles, and bungee paddle keepers.

The Scrambler has the feel of a touring kayak, but in a length that is short enough to be really maneuverable.  It will surf good in mild surf, and is a real pleasure to paddle in flat water.  At  11'-2" it is fairly fast, and can be used for SCUBA diving, snorkeling, fishing, or fun.

The Scrambler XT is a favorite with fishermen, scuba divers, and folks who like to play in the surf.  It is a good all around boat, with a low center of gravity, good tracking, handling, and stability.   With it's 12' length, it is fairly fast for short distances in touring applications.  It is now only available in the angler version, and comes with a generous bow hatch which is very useful.

Ocean Kayak Caper, Base kayak Price $779.00


The Caper is a downsized version of the popular Drifter.  Drifters were designed to accomadate larger paddlers, and have been popular with outfitters and kayak fishermen.  However the Drifter had a little too much bulk for average sized folks.  The Caper has all of the desirable features popular with the Drifter, but in a slimmer trimmer kayak.  It features a nice tank well, and a large hatch up front.  At 30" wide it still has good stability, and it's 11' length makes it easy to cartop.  A great kayak for fishing, river expeditions, or exploring local streams.  Of course it is an Ocean Kayak, and will do well in the ocean too.

Here it is ladies, all you have been asking for!  The Venus is designed from the stem up especially for women.  You ride higher and dryer as the seat is raised to accomadate women's shorter arms, and lower center of gravity.  This kayak has side carry handles in addition to the bow and stern toggle handles, and comes with the basic seat back.  You can pick your kayak up by the side handles to assist in loading it on the car top, or carry it balanced with one side handle.  It only weighs 38 lbs, and as you can see a petite lady can walk off with it.  So there you have it, light weight, easy handling, and good performance.

This is a really neat boat.  Some of the other Ocean Kayaks have cockpits that are a bit snug for larger paddlers.  This boat has a very generous cockpit, and a 34" width that should provide excellent stability.  One of the guys who works for our distributor has one, and he is very pleased with it.  The Drifter comes with a large bow hatch, and a rear tank well which should also please the kayak fishermen.  The product photo we have shows the hatch cover protruding above the deck, the actual boat has the top of this hatch about flush with the deck.  Looks really nice.

With it's 14'9" length it was fast enough for most coastal fishermen. This is the original version and is not an angler model. The wife and I both love the Frenzy.  It's good manners make it a good boat for little kids, or folks who have never kayaked before.  It is a real joy to paddle in flat water, but it isn't real fast due to it's 9' length.  However, it can take big water, and does good in the surf.  Folks the lads size above can surf it.  We use some Frenzys in our rental fleet and like them real well.  We have sold some locally to folks who use them for tenders for power boats.

Ocean Kayak has introduced a new kayak this year which is a stretched version of the Frenzy. This sounds like a great boat as it has all of the Frenzy's great qualities, but with an additional two feet or so in length. So if you like the Frenzy's qualities, but need more speed, click here!
