Our Mission Is Fun

 

When you call us a real person answers the phone.  We don't use a computer phone system, so we can only take your call during business hours.  Of course you can leave a message at any time. Part of our business deals with area tourism, so our hours of operation change with the seasons. As we can attend trade shows and perform other functions that take us away from the office during the off season, we may not be available to take your call during this time.

Our online business operates year around and you can place an order at any time. We continually check for new orders and ship your merchandise to you promptly. If you have a problem, or need to talk to someone during the off season you can usually contact us during normal business hours. However we are away from the office from time to time, and if you happen to call and we are away just leave us an e-mail message. We will contact you shortly.

Is this any way to run a business?  Probably not, but until one of our children relieves us, this is a retirement business, and we senior citizens have to set a pace we can endure.

Operating Hours:

Monday Through Saturday 10:00 AM To 5:30PM (See Note)

Note 1. We are closed the last week of December and the month of Jan.

Note 2. Although our business office is closed in January, our online business continues to operate and we monitor our e-mail messages daily. If you need to contact us during this time send us an e-mail with your contact information and we will be glad to help you.
