When you buy the rudder equipped version of the Big Game Prowler, you get an extra square hatch in the center of the cockpit, in addition to the rudder. More storage for gear and tackle that you use often. This kayak has been designed from the keel up for the serious angler. You can see the forward edge of this hatch below the fisherman's left leg, near his hand. Notice also that the rudder can flip up to clear obstructions and shallow water.
