The Ladies Rio Cruz is available in a 15-1/2 " frame with 26" wheels. This frame size will accomodate most riders from 5'-0" to 5'-7".
Although these are steel frame bicycles, they don't rust easy, as they have a great paint job, and many of the components are alloy. They ride great and we have used them for rental bikes for years.
This bike comes partially assembled. Some assembly is required. You can arrange for a local shop to assemble your bike. The charge for this service is usually from $35 to $45 dollars.
Unless you feel comfortable with assembly, we reccomend taking the bike to a shop for assembly.
