This bike comes partially assembled. Some assembly is required. It is recommended that the multispeed bikes be assembled by a bike shop, and you can arrange for a local shop to assemble your bike. The charge for this service is usually from $35 to $45 dollars.
Unless you feel comfortable with assembly, we strongly reccomend you take your bike to a shop for assembly.

You can treat these bikes as touring bikes as they have all of the requirements; rugged, light weight, aluminum frame, 24 speeds with twist grip shifting, and dependable "V" brakes. Rig one of these bikes up with front and rear carriers and you are ready for a road trip. These are great cruisers, but the tires are slightly smaller than the regular beach cruiser tires, which pretty much demands that it be ridden on hard surface paths.
This great riding bike provides you with a custom fit. Adjust the seat, then adjust the handle bars up to 60mm (About 2-1/2") vertically. Then this bike will fit you like a glove, and you really will feel you and the bike are one. The Bossa Nova has a convenient step through frame design which enhances your riding pleasure.
The Bossa Nova is pretty much corrosion resistant, which befits aluminum beach cruiser bikes. Very few components are subject to corrosion, which means that you have a trouble free bike. It only requires a bit of lubrication from time to time. If you can store it out of the weather it will maintain it's great paint job indefinitely.
