Your Considerations In Selecting The Right Commuter Bicycle For Your Personal Requirements

The Frevo would be a good choice for very hilly rides, or long distance commuting due to it's having 24 speeds, and a very light weight. The Ultra Seven is good for small hills and medium range commuting, say up to 5 miles. If you have a short commute, 2 or 3 miles or so with no hills to speak of you could get by nicely with the Rio Cruz 3 speed. In that situation you could even use one of the single speed cruisers, either steel or aluminum frame. Additional Considerations

The next consideration is your size. If you are very tall the Ultra Seven is the only bike in a very large frame size. If you are very tall this bike will fit you as well as the Rio Cruz, or Frevo would fit an average sized person. You can sit comfortably with only a slight elevation of the saddle. If you are around 6' tall you may get by with the 21", or even a 19" frame. If you are under under 6' tall you should select one of the bikes with a 19" frame. Your Commute

If you would like to ride your bike to work, but live too far away, you could consider carrying the bike on a carrier to a point within easy commuting distance. One advantage of this is that you would have a chance to evaluate the weather before commiting yourself to riding. If you work in a large city there may be good bike paths near your work, and you could park your car in a safe spot and ride in on your bike.
